The information materials for parents that are available on this website will shortly be translated into six languages. This exciting development is taking place with the support of the HSE Social Inclusion Services. It recognises the importance of equality of information provision and the need to provide information for the users of our services in formats that are accessible.

The six languages were chosen on the basis of information regarding population estimates from the Central Statistics Office and using patterns of translations required by various sections of the population over recent times. 

The langauges chosen are: 

• Polish 
• Russian
• Romanian
• Lithuanian
• Brazilian Portuguese
• French 

We hope to have all of the parent information fully available in these languages by the end of April 2011. We would be grateful if you could highlight this service to families and professionals working with families who would benefit.
