About us
The Central Remedial Clinic (CRC) is a national centre that offers a wide range of rehabilitative services for children and adults with physical and sensory disabilities. The CRC is located in North County Dublin, with regional centres in Clondalkin, Limerick and Waterford.
As well as its specialist services, the CRC runs two onsite schools, a network of day centres, a training programme for adults with physical disabilities and a range of outreach services for people in their local environments.
The core values underlying the CRC's services are:
- making the client and their family central to both the assessment and treatment process;
- working as a team (including the client and family) to set and achieve each individual’s goals;
- offering a holistic and person-centred approach
- using an interdisciplinary modeul involving different skills and professions (such as paediatrician, physiotherapist, occupational therapist, speech and language therapist and social worker).
